The Don CeSar is a beautiful and historic hotel with a lovely beach that enhances the overall experience. However, my stay was marred by some frustrating service issues, especially during check-in and with the room amenities. While the staff’s positivity shone through during my trip, the price seemed to outweigh the overall experience due to some inconsistencies.

Our trip to the hotel was a memorable experience. The beach was stunning, and the service from the beach staff made the day even better. Our interactions with Gregory at check-in were smooth, even when our room faced an initial issue. However, the dining experience could use some improvements due to slow service at times. Despite a minor hiccup with one elevator being out of service, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon.
